Who didn’t own or at least play with a Barbie or Ken doll at some point in your childhood? Barbie has long since been a staple toy in many homes. As time and demographics progressed so did Barbie. Barbie has gradually expanded to include a wide demographic of dolls representing various races, countries and cultures. This current series the “Inspiring Women Series” features Barbies that honor women who were trailblazers in their careers or their time. Since Black History Month is approaching, I managed to snag 3 of the African-American dolls featured in the collection. See which ones I picked up on a random Target shopping trip in my video below.
