Unleash the Dragun! My thoughts on the Nikita Dragun Eyeshadow Palette!

 So as I was checking my emails, I came across an email from Ulta or Morphe, I can’t remember which one, advertising the upcoming release of the new Nikita Dragun palette and brush set. The palette looks so colorful and amazing which peaked my interest. Before receiving that email, I had never heard of Nikita Dragun. I did a little Google research to find out who she was and I was pleasantly surprised. I figured that she was a YouTube make up artist or some form of beauty influencer in the YouTube world but I really enjoyed watching her story about her transformation and the inspiration behind her palette. I also like the fact that she featured a lot of purple or purple based colors in her palette and palette design. I went on Ulta’s website the day it was released and ordered the palette and the matching brush set. I was definitely not disappointed! My first look was of course one that involved the color purple and the cool swirly color that’s featured in the center of the palette.  I actually ran out for a few errands that day and was complemented on my look. Ulta Haul!! Feat. Marvel’s Black Widow & Ulta Makeup Collaboration

   

First Wonder Woman & now the Black Widow! I was never a huge comic book reader but I definitely knew about the key players, especially the few bad ass female characters ! Ulta has teamed up with Marvel and released a super cute makeup collection from the packaging to the products in celebration of the Black Widow movie set to release in 2021. I snagged 3 of the 4 lip kits and the eyeshadow palette from the collection. The eyeshadows have become some of my favorites already. Ulta brand has definitely stepped up their quality and pigment game! One of my favorite looks is using the color Covert as my “background” or transition color and topping it with Fiery which is a beautiful shimmery golden red. Sagittarius Shopping!! Buying products from ULTA Beauty based on my zodiac sign!

 

Last month Ulta sent out an e-mail suggesting products that people may like based on their zodiac signs. I was intrigued so I took the bait and bought everything that was on my list. There was a total of 6 items and with the most expensive item being a travel spray for $29, I thought it was an affordable way to try some new products.
